Trip Date: Nov 19-27, 2007 View This TripThapovan Heritage Home is right by the beach (although swimming in the water is not recommended as there are jutting rocks just under the water surface), have a better variety of food and more modern/advanced facilities than Shinshiva. However, the ayurvedic treatments are not as intensive or personalised as Shinshiva.

Trip Date: Nov 19-27, 2007 View This TripShinshiva Ayurvedashram provides clean, basic lodgings (rooms and small bungalows) and during your stay, you receive ayurvedic treatments tailored to your needs. The staff are friendly and helpful, the treatments very relaxing. It overlooks the beach and ocean and is a 20-minute walk to a lovely and quiet sandy beach. Basically a place to relax and get healthy :)

Trip Date: Dec 05-11, 1993 View This TripWE,IN OUR HONEYMOON ,REALLY ENJOYED THE TRIP TO SOUTHERNMOST TIP OF INDIAN PENINSULA,THE CAPE COMORIN OR AS IT IS KNOWN IN INDIA,KANNYAKUMARI.THE BEACH WITH A PANORAMIC VIEW OF THREE SEAS,INDIAN OCEAN,BAY OF BENGAL AND ARABIAN SEA WAS GRAND.THE PICTURESQUE KOVALAM BEACH NEAR TRIVANDRUM WAS ALSO IN OUR MUSTVISIT LIST.
