The Scharffen Berger Chocolate is a real honest to goodness chocolate factory. They grind, mix and sell all the chocolate they make. The tour takes you inside the factory and presents you a delicious background on what makes chocolate, where it comes from and most importantly how it is made.
I developed a whole new appreciation for dark chocolates after this tour. sure I'll still hit the cheep milk chocolate stuff but cravings now come for some of the dark side.
