Very good service, all the questions got fast answers. Free internet with cable is provided in the rooms and wifi is available in the lobby area. Small park in the front of the hotel offers visitors a nice place for resting their legs after long walks in the streets.
Public transport or the company Carris is the one you should use when you are planning to getting around in Lisbon like locals are. Almost every bus and tram is equiped with air conditioner and electronic info boards lets you know, how much time is until the next bus/tram. One way ticket costs 1.35 EUR, all day (24h) ticket (7 collinas) can be purchased for 4 EUR.
Taxis are not very expencive but you may get cheated espessially when you look like a dumb turist.
